Cancellations and refunds
Diagnostic
You may cancel a booked diagnostic session and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable.
Exam Accelerator
You may cancel your enrolment in the twelve-week Exam Accelerator and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 14 days before the programme start date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.
Private coaching
You may cancel a booked four- or eight-session private coaching package and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 7 days before the first scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first session are non-refundable.
How to cancel
To cancel a booking, email josh@eddysons.com with your name and the programme or package you enrolled in. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation and, where a refund applies, process it to your original payment method.
